This product is not in our warehouse, so it could take a maximum of 14 days for the manufacturer to deliver it to us. Then we deliver it to you. A slight delay may occur if this product is part of your shipment.

If you order chocolate during the period May to September, we are not responsible. Chocolate from our warehouse is in perfect condition when it leaves. We are unable to determine where packages are left by courier companies, so we cannot be held responsible if the chocolate is melted. So, during this period, it is at your own risk.
