If you order chocolate during the period from May to September, we are not responsible. The chocolate coming from our warehouse is in perfect condition when it leaves. We are not able to determine where the packages are left by the courier companies, so we cannot be held responsible if the chocolate is melted. So, during this period, it is at your own risk.
