The soft, round shapes of the Spirale Valfleuri announce their delicate flavor of fresh eggs. Made with an old-fashioned bronze mold and slowly dried, they hold sauces well in their curves and grooves. They go very well with sauces based on fluid cream or olive oil such as pistou.
