Made from a very high quality natural Vin Doux from Banyuls, it is aged for 4 years in wooden rooms exposed to the sun and bad weather.
This aging produces a wine with a burnt topaz color which develops a woody and spicy nose and presents the famous “rancio” aroma (fresh nuts and menthol) which can be found in the vinegar.
The finished wine contains 34g of residual sugar per liter.
