THE ROAST: Roasted in small batches in the Eastern Townships of Quebec, our 100% Arabica organic coffee is a medium-bodied roast. This coffee is rated 6 out of 8 on our intensity scale. It is considered a mild espresso with very little acidity. For a lighter roast, check out Espresso Délicato, and for a darker roast, check out our Virgin Hill Espresso.
THE TASTE: This full-bodied coffee has a fantastic aroma with a hint of sweetness and intense crema. Perfect for coffee connoisseurs and enthusiasts. Best served as espressos or as a base for lattes, cappuccinos, flat whites or cortados.
PREPARATION: These Arabica coffee beans are ideal for espresso machines and espresso makers. It is suitable for automatic espresso machines with built-in grinder.
