La Fabrick maple grove: A family farm since 1939, the maple grove is located in Shefford, one of the richest maple regions in Quebec. The family business practices organic maple sugaring, taking the greatest care of the woods and wildlife, and wishes to maintain the greatest possible diversity using the most ecological techniques. The farm works with nature so that it can offer us the best now and for generations to come. The forest is our wealth and we take the greatest care of it.
