Thanks to a slow 16-hour rise and the use of lactose-free butter and milk , it offers a light and melt-in-your-mouth texture, perfect for all gourmets, even those intolerant to gluten or lactose.

Lactose-free butter 20%, lactose-free rehydrated milk 14.5%, sugar, potato starch, natural sourdough (water, rice flour, corn starch, salt, Lactobacillus lactic ferments), corn starch, rice flour, eggs (cat. A), brewer's yeast, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids (rapeseed), humectants: glycerol, sorbitol, thickeners: xanthan gum, guar gum, salt, flavouring.
Surface treatment with alcohol.
May contain traces of: nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios), soy, peanuts.
Lactose content < 0.1 g/100 g. Contains glucose and galactose from the breakdown of lactose.
