Angelantonio Perrotta , a graduate of the Aldo Moro Hotel Institute in Montesarchio (Benevent), trained in renowned pastry shops before opening his own shop in Castello di Cervinara in 2013.
His passion for baking and promoting local products makes each of his creations a celebration of the Italian terroir.
