The butterflies are made from a sheet of dough, cut out and stamped. Sometimes made with eggs in certain regions of Europe, it is in Alsace that most eggs are used. The finesse of Valfleuri Butterflies with 7 fresh eggs gives an effect of refinement on a plate. A drizzle of olive oil or a light sauce is enough to enhance their flavor.
