The Green Olive Delights are a puree of Lucca olives.
This olive with aromatic flesh is picked green, that is to say before the oil rises in the fruit.
The debittering is carried out with respect for the fruit, which gives a lot of aromatic freshness.
The flesh of Lucca olives is then crushed to obtain a creamy puree which can be enjoyed plain or enhanced with Mediterranean dishes.
