Obtained using traditional methods from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes grown in the Modena region during a long aging process in barrels of different types of wood: oak, chestnut, cherry, juniper and mulberry. Human sensitivity and expertise make it possible to measure the aging process in a balanced way in order to obtain a product tested and validated by the experts of the Consortium for the Protection of Traditional Balsamic Vinegar before being bottled in the bottle of 100 ml designed by Giorgio Giugiaro. . Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena 25 years old is obtained from cooked grape musts, matured by slow acidification by natural fermentation and progressive concentration during a long aging process in barrels of different wood species, without the addition of aromas. The aging process is extended for 25 years to give the product a strong personality, capable of enhancing any dish with just a few drops. Its full-bodied and lingering flavor offers a surprisingly balanced sweet and sour profile and a slightly fruity flavor due to the sweet wood essences.
