This product is not in our warehouse, so it could take a maximum of 
7 days for the manufacturer to deliver it to us. Then we deliver it 
to you. A slight delay may occur if this product is part of your
 shipment.

If you order chocolate during the period from May to September, 
we are not responsible. The chocolate coming from our warehouse is 
in perfect condition when it leaves. We are not able to determine 
where the packages are left by the courier companies, so we cannot
 be held responsible if the chocolate is melted. So, during this 
period, it is at your own risk.
