A story of family and passion

Founded by Alain and Caroline , Les Délices de Marie-Christine is the fruit of a strong agricultural heritage. Son and daughter of passionate producers — Lise and Yvon Dulude from St-Rémi and Suzanne and François Forino from St-Michel — they grew up with the land at heart.

In 1989 , they took over the family land and created Les Fermes Alcaro Inc. on May 5, 1990. Since then, they have carefully transformed the fruits of their land into homemade delicacies, faithful to tradition.
