INGREDIENTS: Mushrooms 58%, sunflower oil, summer truffles (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 5%, black olives, salt, flavoring, aromatic plants, stabilizer: ferrous gluconate.

USEFUL INFORMATION: Ready to use. Add plain butter or chicken broth and grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste. Avoid overheating to prevent the truffle aroma from fading. Use as a condiment for first courses of pasta: pasta and rice; meats, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, hot crostini, pizza and stuffings for meat and pasta dishes.
