With its 30% pieces of foie gras, this block of Landes duck foie gras is an excellent compromise between the block and whole foie gras.
Prepared with quality ducks, it is very tasty and has nice pieces of whole foie gras when cut.
Tip: You can keep the box at room temperature, but must put it in the refrigerator 12 hours before tasting. Serve chilled but not iced with toasted bread.
