A story of family and passion

For several years, Les Délices de Marie-Christine has been part of a family tradition rooted in Quebec agriculture. Alain and Caroline, the company's founders, both come from farming families: Alain's parents, Lise and Yvon Dulude of St-Rémi , and Caroline's, Suzanne and François Forino of St-Michel , passed on their love of the land and a job well done.

Guided since childhood by these four pillars of determination and perseverance, Alain and Caroline chose to pursue this path. In 1989 , they acquired Alain's family land, and on May 5, 1990 , they officially founded Les Fermes Alcaro Inc.

It is in this tradition of respect, quality and authenticity that Marie-Christine 's products are born – the fruit of family know-how passed down with passion.
