A story of family and passion

Les Délices de Marie-Christine was born from a love of the land and the expertise passed down through two farming families. Alain and Caroline, the founders, grew up surrounded by their farming parents: Lise and Yvon Dulude from St-Rémi for Alain, and Suzanne and François Forino from St-Michel for Caroline.

In 1989 , they took over the family land and founded Les Fermes Alcaro Inc. on May 5, 1990 , thus perpetuating a tradition of authenticity and passion. Each jar of jam is a reflection of this heritage.
