A story of family and passion

Behind Les Délices de Marie-Christine are Alain and Caroline , two agriculture enthusiasts, heirs to family know-how passed down by their parents: Lise and Yvon Dulude from St-Rémi, and Suzanne and François Forino from St-Michel.

Since 1989 , they have been cultivating their passion on family land. On May 5, 1990 , they founded Les Fermes Alcaro Inc. , with the goal of showcasing the true taste of Quebec local products.
