Unfiltered extra virgin olive oil, bottled immediately after pressing, this is the first production of the olive growing year. It is rich in aromas and scents of fresh olives, with herbaceous and floral notes. Packaged in transparent glass bottles to enhance its appearance and color, it must be stored away from light and heat. Exceptional for seasoning salads, fish, vegetables, legumes, or simply to enjoy with a slice of warm bread.
