We produce our Bucatini exclusively from durum wheat that we grow and harvest every year in the fertile land surrounding our workshop, in the heart of the Marche region, in Italy.
Only two ingredients go into their composition: durum wheat semolina and pure water .
The pasta is shaped in bronze dies to obtain a rough surface that perfectly retains sauces, then slowly dried between 36°C and 46°C for 28 hours , thus preserving all its aroma and texture.
