Gluten-free pasta from CAPONI are made exclusively from corn flour (70%) and rice flour (30%). They are completely natural and do not contain mono and diglycerides of fatty acids or any other type of emulsifier. The pasta is bronze-drawn to give the surface a rough texture that perfectly retains sauces and seasonings.

Cooking gluten-free pasta requires more supervision. Alessandro from the factory CAPONI therefore recommends you:

  • add a spoonful of olive oil to the cooking water
  • to taste the pasta at the first cooking time indicated on the packaging

Cooking time: 7/8 minutes.
