The Nüdle, reissued by Valfleuri in 2010, have incomparable taste quality! They are as good as fresh egg-rich pasta. This unique, century-old know-how is due to its recipe with 7 fresh eggs and traditional manufacturing, which reproduces the gestures of the great-grandfather, founder of Valfleuri. The dough is kneaded, rolled and cut into strips, before being dried for a long time at low temperature. Authentic and tasty, these are our favorites!
