Spaghetti 500g – Mancini
At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo , each pasta tells a story of terroir and know-how.
We produce our pasta exclusively with durum wheat that we grow and harvest every year in the fields surrounding our factory, in the heart of Le Marche , Italy.
Only two ingredients are used in the composition: durum wheat semolina and water .
Spaghetti Mancini are shaped in bronze dies and then slowly dried at low temperature (between 36°C and 46°C for approximately 40 hours) to preserve the texture, color and natural aromas of the wheat.
Their firm texture and slightly rough surface allow them to hold sauces perfectly — whether it's a simple tomato sauce , a creamy carbonara , or a seafood preparation .
