Gluten-free Tagliatelle goes well with all sauces, we suggest Bolognese, mushrooms or tomato.
The dough, composed of corn (70%) and rice (30%), is mixed in a special box and at room temperature and once the desired cut is reached, the products are taken to the dryers. Drying is also carried out at room temperature for a very long time, approximately 48 hours. The production of our pasta, from the dough to the packaging, is meticulously followed by our women who, for years, step by step and manually, take care of every detail to give our products that extra special feature: an artisanal production carried out almost entirely by hand.
This product is not in our warehouse, so it could take a maximum of 7 days for the manufacturer to deliver it to us. Then we deliver it to you. A slight delay may occur if this product is part of your shipment.
