This unique artisanal process gives them a distinctive flavor, recognized and appreciated around the world. Finally, they are baked in a real wood-fired oven, for a soft texture on the inside and a slightly crunchy outside.

📅 Shelf life : Bagels can be stored for 9 days from the shipping date .
❄️ Freezing tip : You can freeze them to prolong their freshness. Ideally, cut them before freezing, then reheat them directly in the toaster while still frozen.

📦 Logistics Information – Bagels

• Bagels must be ordered by Thursday at 12pm (noon) .

• We operate with a weekly logistics system: all departures are on Friday .

• If you add other products to your order, you must follow the general rule:

  • Additional orders before Sunday midnight → products will be shipped with your bagels the following Friday.

  • Additional orders after Sunday midnight → your order (including bagels) will be sent to Friday of the following week, regardless of the delivery service chosen.
