For several years, Les Délices de Marie-Christine has been part of a family tradition rooted in Quebec agriculture. Alain and Caroline, the company's founders, both come from farming families: Alain's parents, Lise and Yvon Dulude of St-Rémi , and Caroline's, Suzanne and François Forino of St-Michel , passed on their love of the land and a job well done.

Guided by these roots and their shared passion, Alain and Caroline acquired Alain's family land in 1989 and founded Les Fermes Alcaro Inc. on May 5, 1990. Today, their artisanal know-how is reflected in each jar of jam, a true reflection of a terroir and a shared passion.
