We practice organic maple farming, taking the greatest care of the woods and wildlife, we want to maintain the greatest possible diversity using the most ecological techniques. Harvesting and processing
Every spring, during the sugaring season, there is a very short period when maple syrup is at its best. It is at this precise moment that the much sought-after maple taste is most present, giving an amber nectar with a rich and savory taste. This is an exceptional syrup that we generally reserve for our friends. We only use the best maple syrups for bottling and processing our different products so that you can enjoy them!
