Every spring, from our maple grove located in one of the richest maple terroirs in Quebec, we select our best maple syrup, an exceptional 100% pure product. In order to make this amber nectar with its rich and tasty taste even more exceptional, we age it in freshly emptied whiskey oak barrels.
As it ages, the syrup with its caramelized flavors absorbs the delicious aromas of the barrel, which give it vanilla, woody notes and a delicate whiskey flavor. aged in whiskey barrels.
