This Rock Fish soup from Maison Ferrigno is prepared Provençal style, according to the recipe of the Gulf fishermen and exclusively composed of pressed and not crushed fish. A delicious broth in which you can cook pasta, pour it very hot on croutons of toasted bread rubbed with garlic.
