Quality artisanal production
At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo , we produce our pasta exclusively with durum wheat that we grow and harvest each year in the fields surrounding our pasta factory. Only two ingredients are used in the production of our pasta: semolina and water. Our Spaghetti is shaped in circular bronze dies , then dried at temperatures min. 36°C and max. 46°C for 36 hours .

The manufacturing process
Mancini pasta is made exclusively with durum wheat grown in the surrounding fields, guaranteeing a 100% Italian product. The wheat is milled on site to preserve its nutritional qualities, then processed using bronze molds that give the pasta a rough surface, perfect for retaining sauces. The slow drying process at low temperatures (36°C to 46°C for 36 hours) ensures the perfect preservation of aromas and texture.
