Spaghetti like in Italy... cultivated, shaped, and mastered from A to Z
Spaghetti is simple.
But when done right... it changes everything.
At Mancini, nothing is left to chance. The durum wheat is not bought — it is grown directly by the company, in the fields surrounding their factory in Italy.
Each harvest becomes a unique pasta, controlled from start to finish.
Only two ingredients:
semolina and water.
Mancini's 500g Spaghetti are bronze-extruded to achieve an authentic texture that perfectly holds the sauce. They are then slowly dried for 36 hours at a low temperature (36°C to 46°C), a longer process that preserves all the qualities of the wheat.
The result: spaghetti with a firm texture, a natural wheat aroma, and perfect cooking performance.
A classic... made the way it always should be.
