Shipping Policy and cancellations.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations because our payment provider charges us fees once an order is placed. Returns or exchanges on food items are not accepted. No cancellations are allowed. However, exceptions may be granted, but they will incur a 25% cancellation fee based on the total order amount.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is a shipping error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photos and a description of the issue. We will do our best to resolve the situation promptly.
