Made exclusively from cooked grape must , with no additives, Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a treasure of Italian gastronomy. Aged for at least 12 years in a series of small wooden barrels of different types (oak, chestnut, cherry, etc.), over time it develops a unique aromatic complexity and an incomparable syrupy texture .
Its perfectly balanced sweet and sour taste makes it a prestigious condiment, to be used sparingly on exceptional dishes.
