With its 30% pieces of foie gras, this block of duck foie gras is an excellent compromise between a block and whole foie gras.
Prepared with quality ducks, it is very tasty and features nice pieces of whole foie gras when sliced.
Tip: You can store the box at room temperature, but refrigerate it 12 hours before serving. Serve chilled but not ice-cold with toasted bread.
