The sound of the bean cracking under the grinder, then that soft steam rising from the cup before even the first sip… this is 100% Arabica Molinari, from Modena.

The first sip is rounded, almost sweet, and nothing comes to rush it. I am leaning on a marble counter somewhere in Emilia-Romagna, the sound of cups behind me and the rustle of a newspaper being turned. The coffee settles on the palate with such gentleness, the aromas unfolding one by one without ever shouting, and the cup empties faster than you would like. A tenderness remains in the back of the throat, the desire to make another, just to prolong the morning.

It is early, the house is still sleeping, and the kitchen already smells of something warm. The coffee drips, slowly, just as it should. You hold the cup with both hands, you are in no rush, and for a few minutes, the world waits outside.

At Molinari, this moment has been in the making for a long time. The Molinari bar in Modena was already roasting its own coffee in 1911, and the house has maintained that same care: choosing with patience so that every cup has a story to tell. Here, the selection brings together the best Arabicas in the world, and nothing else. No blending for the sake of volume; a coffee for true connoisseurs, with a mild taste and a delicate aromatic profile.

You don’t buy this coffee just to wake up. You buy it for the pause it offers: the moment you sit down, breathe, and the day has not yet begun.

And all across Canada, there are those grey mornings, those frosted windows, those unforgiving Mondays. A 250 g bag opened on the counter, the aroma spreading, and suddenly the kitchen becomes a little bar in Modena at the time of the first espresso.

WHY WE USE THIS SHIPPING SYSTEM ONCE A WEEK

The reason is simple: this is why we use this shipping system once a week, where products are shipped on Sundays.

If we had to keep all products in large quantities, we would need a very, very, very large warehouse, like a large distribution center. The cost of that would significantly increase our prices.

Instead, we keep limited stock and receive weekly deliveries.

However, our 100+ suppliers do not all deliver at the same time, and not all of them have an accurate inventory system — and that is another story lol.

For this reason, in order to build your package, we must wait for products from all suppliers. If we already have all the items, your package may be able to leave sooner. It also depends on the volume of orders.

We hope you understand 🙏

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are dispatched once a week, on Sundays. All services, including express service, follow this same shipping schedule.

You place your order here (week 1) – for example: whether it is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

👉 This is considered our order week (week 1).

👉 Your order will be prepared from the following Monday through Saturday, then shipped the following Sunday (the next Sunday, not the one in the week you ordered).

👉 If you order on or after Sunday, in the new week, your package will then depart the following Sunday, which is approximately 14 days later.

Foire aux questions sur les produits

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed weekly.

If you place your order before Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (not the upcoming Sunday).

If you order after Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (i.e., the second Sunday after your order).

WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCTS LOCATED?

All our products are already in Canada, in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. You will not have any customs fees or hidden costs upon delivery.

WHY DO YOU SHIP ONCE A WEEK?

Because we work with several importers and suppliers.

Some products are in limited quantity in our warehouse and we must wait for the missing items to arrive.

Since our suppliers do not all deliver on the same day, we consolidate orders and ship once a week to ensure that your order is complete.

WHY IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Some of our suppliers do not have real-time inventory systems and do not always notify us when a product is out of stock.

Furthermore, some items received may have an expiration date that is too soon. We check every product upon receipt and remove those that do not meet our standards.

If an item is missing, it is because we have chosen not to include it in order to guarantee you the best possible quality.

WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

As these are food products, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.

Once a product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the conditions under which it has been stored or handled.

Why has the price of this product increased since my last order?

Our products are purchased in euros, so the exchange rate directly influences our prices.

In addition, transport and import costs can fluctuate, which can also have an impact on the final price.
