The first sip is full and round, and I immediately recognize that taste of Italian coffee from the old days. The body sets in firmly, the aroma rises—toasted, warm—then the sweetness arrives, just enough to round out the whole. The acidity remains in the background, like a backdrop. Nothing is out of place; everything is exactly where it should be. I set the cup back down on the tablecloth, I look at the table around me: this is a coffee that tastes like a family Sunday.
Sunday, in Modena. The meal stretches on, the plates are empty, and no one is in a hurry to get up. Someone prepares the coffee, and the smell arrives before the cup: toasted, enveloping, familiar. The conversations resume, softer. This coffee is not a break; it is the continuation of the meal.

The Bar Molinari in Modena has been roasting its own coffee since 1911, and Tradizione is a blend of Arabica and Robusta for those who love an Italian coffee with a traditionally strong taste. The body is full, the aroma generous, the sweetness clearly present: nothing new or flashy, only what an Italian coffee should be.
One doesn't buy Tradizione to try something new. One buys it to rediscover a taste known by heart, the one in the cup we drink without thinking and would notice immediately if it were missing.

The reason is simple: this is why we use this shipping system once a week, where products are shipped on Sundays.
If we had to keep all products in large quantities, we would need a very, very, very large warehouse, like a large distribution center. The cost of that would significantly increase our prices.
Instead, we keep limited stock and receive weekly deliveries.
However, our 100+ suppliers do not all deliver at the same time, and not all of them have an accurate inventory system — and that is another story lol.
For this reason, in order to build your package, we must wait for products from all suppliers. If we already have all the items, your package may be able to leave sooner. It also depends on the volume of orders.

All orders are dispatched once a week, on Sundays. All services, including express service, follow this same shipping schedule.
You place your order here (week 1) – for example: whether it is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.
👉 This is considered our order week (week 1).
👉 Your order will be prepared from the following Monday through Saturday, then shipped the following Sunday (the next Sunday, not the one in the week you ordered).
👉 If you order on or after Sunday, in the new week, your package will then depart the following Sunday, which is approximately 14 days later.

Orders are processed weekly.
If you place your order before Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (not the upcoming Sunday).
If you order after Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (i.e., the second Sunday after your order).
WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCTS LOCATED?
All our products are already in Canada, in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. You will not have any customs fees or hidden costs upon delivery.
WHY DO YOU SHIP ONCE A WEEK?
Because we work with several importers and suppliers.
Some products are in limited quantity in our warehouse and we must wait for the missing items to arrive.
Since our suppliers do not all deliver on the same day, we consolidate orders and ship once a week to ensure that your order is complete.
WHY IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?
Some of our suppliers do not have real-time inventory systems and do not always notify us when a product is out of stock.
Furthermore, some items received may have an expiration date that is too soon. We check every product upon receipt and remove those that do not meet our standards.
If an item is missing, it is because we have chosen not to include it in order to guarantee you the best possible quality.
WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY?
As these are food products, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.
Once a product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the conditions under which it has been stored or handled.
Why has the price of this product increased since my last order?
Our products are purchased in euros, so the exchange rate directly influences our prices.
In addition, transport and import costs can fluctuate, which can also have an impact on the final price.
