The golden crema that closes back over the spoon, the aroma rising from the cup, and then that first velvety sip that lingers so gently: this is Molinari's Tradizione, a tribute to Italian coffee just as we have always loved it.

The first sip is velvety, almost silky, and the crema caresses my lips even before the coffee arrives. The aroma is present, warm, well-roasted, and the body settles in without any harshness, full but never heavy. Then the sweetness appears, round and discreet, with the acidity remaining in the background, just enough to keep the coffee lively. The finish stretches out, tender and balanced. I set the cup back down on the small table in the square, half-closing my eyes in the sun: everything is exactly where it should be.

Late afternoon in a small square in Modena. The shadows lengthen, the terraces fill up, and on every table, the same little white cup. The waiter places it down without a word, the crema still shimmering. You stir it slightly, blow on it, and take a sip. And for a few minutes, nothing is rushing.

This is the moment that Molinari's Caffè Crema Tradizione sought to honor. Bar Molinari, in Modena, has been roasting its own coffee since 1911, and this fine blend of Arabica and Robusta is designed as an homage to tradition: a distinctive aroma, a velvety crema, and a sweet, well-balanced finish. Nothing spectacular, it is all about harmony.

You don't buy Tradizione for its boldness. You buy it for its rightness: that cup that never disappoints, whether you drink it in the morning, after dinner, or with a cookie, and which always has that same taste of well-being.

And somewhere in Canada, on a winter afternoon, the sky is already gray and the wind is snapping against the window. You grind a few beans, the crema forms in the cup, and for a few minutes, you are sitting at a small table in an Italian square, in the sun.

WHY WE USE THIS SHIPPING SYSTEM ONCE A WEEK

The reason is simple: this is why we use this shipping system once a week, where products are shipped on Sundays.

If we had to keep all products in large quantities, we would need a very, very, very large warehouse, like a large distribution center. The cost of that would significantly increase our prices.

Instead, we keep limited stock and receive weekly deliveries.

However, our 100+ suppliers do not all deliver at the same time, and not all of them have an accurate inventory system — and that is another story lol.

For this reason, in order to build your package, we must wait for products from all suppliers. If we already have all the items, your package may be able to leave sooner. It also depends on the volume of orders.

We hope you understand 🙏

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are dispatched once a week, on Sundays. All services, including express service, follow this same shipping schedule.

You place your order here (week 1) – for example: whether it is Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

👉 This is considered our order week (week 1).

👉 Your order will be prepared from the following Monday through Saturday, then shipped the following Sunday (the next Sunday, not the one in the week you ordered).

👉 If you order on or after Sunday, in the new week, your package will then depart the following Sunday, which is approximately 14 days later.

Foire aux questions sur les produits

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed weekly.

If you place your order before Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (not the upcoming Sunday).

If you order after Sunday, it will be processed and shipped the following Sunday (i.e., the second Sunday after your order).

WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCTS LOCATED?

All our products are already in Canada, in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. You will not have any customs fees or hidden costs upon delivery.

WHY DO YOU SHIP ONCE A WEEK?

Because we work with several importers and suppliers.

Some products are in limited quantity in our warehouse and we must wait for the missing items to arrive.

Since our suppliers do not all deliver on the same day, we consolidate orders and ship once a week to ensure that your order is complete.

WHY IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Some of our suppliers do not have real-time inventory systems and do not always notify us when a product is out of stock.

Furthermore, some items received may have an expiration date that is too soon. We check every product upon receipt and remove those that do not meet our standards.

If an item is missing, it is because we have chosen not to include it in order to guarantee you the best possible quality.

WHY DO YOU NOT HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

As these are food products, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.

Once a product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the conditions under which it has been stored or handled.

Why has the price of this product increased since my last order?

Our products are purchased in euros, so the exchange rate directly influences our prices.

In addition, transport and import costs can fluctuate, which can also have an impact on the final price.
