Capellini 500g – Mancini
At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo , we produce our pasta exclusively with durum wheat that we grow and harvest each year in the fields surrounding our factory, in the heart of Le Marche , Italy.
Only two ingredients are used in the composition: semolina and water , for a pure, authentic dough with the taste of real wheat.
Capellini Mancini , shaped in circular bronze dies , are distinguished by their finesse and elegance. Their slow drying (between 36°C and 46°C for 24 to 44 hours) preserves all the aromatic and nutritional qualities of Italian durum wheat.
Light and delicate, Capellini — literally “angel hair” — are perfect with light sauces , made with fresh tomatoes, basil, seafood or lemon .
