A story of family and passion

For many years, Les Délices de Marie-Christine has been the result of deep roots in Quebec's agricultural tradition. Alain and Caroline, the company's founders, grew up in farming families: Lise and Yvon Dulude from St-Rémi for Alain, Suzanne and François Forino from St-Michel for Caroline.

In 1989 , they took over the family land and founded Les Fermes Alcaro Inc. on May 5, 1990 , passionately continuing the legacy passed down by their parents. Each jam tells a story, that of local, artisanal and sincere know-how.
