Unscrew the lid, and it’s like a basket of ripe peaches tipping over onto the counter: that scent of fuzzy skin, natural sugar, and tender flesh you bite into while leaning over the sink so you don't lose a drop of juice. Inside, a golden, silky pulp that glows like the end of the day.

There are peach jams that share nothing with the fruit but their color: a very sweet, pale orange jelly where nothing reminds you of the peach you once bit into on a summer day. This one does the opposite. Since 1892, in a workshop nestled in Corrèze, Léonce Blanc has rejected this shortcut and held fast to one rule: let the fruit speak first, and let the sugar only whisper afterward.

That’s why this jar contains 70% fruit, or 70g of peaches for every 100g of jam, and 30% less sugar than standard jam. Ingredients: peaches, sugar, concentrated lemon juice, fruit pectin. Nothing else. The lemon gives the fruit a bit of brightness without ever taking its place, and the pectin sets it all gently, without weighing it down.

You don’t buy this to "have something to put on your bread." You buy it for the spoonful dolloped onto Greek yogurt, a warm crepe, or a slice of golden brioche, when the peach arrives round, velvety, almost juicy, and the rest of the day can wait.

And on a Canadian winter morning, when the sky is gray, the windshield needs scraping, and the coffee hasn't kicked in yet, this little jar does something quietly remarkable. You open it, the aroma rises, sweet and warm, and for a few seconds, you’re no longer in your kitchen in February. You’re in an orchard, under a late-summer sun, a basket in your hand and all the time in the world ahead of you.

On the palate, the peach hits first, full and velvety, with that sweetness of ripe fruit that melts on the tongue. The texture remains supple and silky, never liquid, with pieces of fruit that maintain their presence. The sugar remains subtle, a supporting note rather than the star, and the flavor lingers in the mouth like a summer afternoon you didn't want to see end.

Why our customers love it

WHY WE USE THIS SHIPPING SYSTEM ONCE A WEEK

The reason is simple: that's why we use this shipping system once a week, where products are shipped on Sundays.

If we were to keep all products in large quantities, we would need a very, very, very large warehouse, like a large distribution center. The cost of that would significantly increase our prices.

Instead, we keep limited stock and receive weekly deliveries.

However, not all of our 100+ suppliers deliver at the same time, and not all of them have an accurate inventory system — and that's another story lol.

For this reason, in order to build your package, we have to wait for products from all suppliers. If we already have all the items, your package may be sent faster. It also depends on the volume of orders.

We hope you understand 🙏

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are dispatched once a week, on Sundays. All services, including express service, follow this same shipping schedule.

You place an order here (Week 1) – for example: whether it's Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

👉 This is considered our order week (Week 1).

👉 Your order will be prepared from the following Monday until Saturday, then dispatched on the following Sunday (the next Sunday, not the one in the week you ordered).

👉 If you order on Sunday or later in the new week, your package will then be dispatched the Sunday after that, approximately 14 days later.

Product FAQ

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Orders are processed weekly.

If you place your order before Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on the following Sunday (not the immediate Sunday).

If you order after Sunday, it will be processed and shipped on the following Sunday (i.e., the second Sunday after your order).

WHERE ARE THESE PRODUCTS LOCATED?

All our products are already in Canada, in our warehouse, ready to be shipped. You will not have any customs fees or hidden charges upon delivery.

WHY DO YOU SHIP ONCE A WEEK?

Because we work with several importers and suppliers.

Some products are in limited quantity in our warehouse and we must wait for the missing items to be received.

Since our suppliers do not all deliver on the same day, we consolidate orders and ship once a week to ensure your order is complete.

WHY IS AN ITEM MISSING FROM MY ORDER?

Some of our suppliers do not have a real-time inventory system and do not always notify us when a product is out of stock.

In addition, some received items may have an expiration date that is too soon. We check each product upon receipt and remove those that do not meet our standards.

If an item is missing, it is because we have chosen not to include it in order to guarantee you the best possible quality.

WHY DON'T YOU HAVE A RETURN POLICY?

As these are food products, we cannot accept returns for safety and hygiene reasons.

Once a product has been shipped, we cannot guarantee the storage or handling conditions.

Why has the price of this product increased since my last order?

Our products are purchased in euros, so the exchange rate directly influences our prices.

In addition, transportation and import costs can vary, which can also impact the final price.
