Curve 500g – Mancini
 At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo , pasta is produced exclusively from durum wheat grown and harvested each year in the fields surrounding the factory, in the heart of Le Marche , Italy.
 Only two ingredients go into their composition: semolina and water , for a pure, authentic product with an incomparable taste.
 Curve Mancini are short, slightly arched pastas, shaped with bronze dies for a rough surface that holds sauces perfectly.
 They are dried slowly at low temperature (between 36°C and 46°C) in order to preserve all the aromatic and nutritional richness of Italian durum wheat.
Thanks to their curved and generous shape , the Curves go wonderfully with creamy sauces, meat ragùs, or grilled vegetable dishes .
