Renowned for its creamy texture and buttery taste, this variety produces a refined oil with complex, natural aromas.
The olives are hand-picked between October and November, at their peak of ripeness. This meticulous method prevents any bruising, preserving the integrity of the fruit and the richness of its aromas. They are then cold-pressed within 12 hours of harvesting, guaranteeing optimal freshness.
Unfiltered, this oil retains all of its substance, aromas, natural antioxidants and nutritional benefits.
