Our products, exclusively extra virgin olive oils produced in the oil mills of Sitia from the Koroneiki variety, are bottled in our private facilities in the town of Sitia. The trees of Sitia that give their precious juice are among the oldest in Greece, while many of them are hundreds of years old.
Respect for such a heavy heritage dictates that we respect each process which guarantees the excellent quality of the product at each stage of its production, “from the field to the shelf”.
Olive oil storage tanks are filled with nitrogen so that the product does not come into contact with oxygen and fully retains its quality and taste characteristics until the moment of bottling and After.
