THE ceramics by Galantino are produced by hand by qualified craftsmen of Puglia .
They are unique because they are entirely hand painted . Inside they contain Extra Virgin Olive Oil Galantino , which is derived from the varieties olives Ogliarola and Coratina of which the harvest is carried out in the month of November .
Aroma:
On the nose we perceive the medium fruity aroma with notes of herbs, almond and artichoke.
Flavor:
On the palate we notice the medium fruity flavor very well with an aftertaste of almond and artichoke.
Pairings:
Excellent seasoning for Pasta, green and varied salads, vegetables (cooked and raw), fish and bruschetta.
