This excellent olive oil is produced by Frantoio Valtenesi in the Lake Garda region of northeastern Italy. Mirum oil comes from a very limited production obtained from a meticulous selection of Casaliva olives and Leccino. Hand-picked at the perfect point of ripeness, these olives are then immediately pressed. With a clear, warm, golden color with greenish highlights, its delicately fruity aroma is persistent and embellished with various floral scents. It is recognized for its sweet almond aftertaste. It is recommended to pair it with white meats, cooked vegetables, fish and shellfish. It is also ideal for preparing sauces and fine pastries.
