Aceites Vizcántar is a company specializing in olive oils protected by the Regulatory Council of the Priego de Córdoba Designation of Origin and from organic farming. Based in Priego de Córdoba, it collaborates with the region's oil mills to feed on their olive oils, approved by the Designation of Origin, a regulation defining the essential characteristics of olive oils in our region, depending on geography, climate, olive varieties and agricultural tradition, which make our olive oil its own identity. The olive production area from which Aceites Vizcántar is nourished, and which protects the DO, is perfectly demarcated, as it is a natural region.
