Campofilone 250 g is an extraordinary product from the La Campofilone artisan pasta factory in the Marche region. Pasta Campofilone is produced with durum wheat which is not only 100% Italian, but rather for Marche. Durum wheat is grown in the Ascoli Piceno and Macerata areas and is then stored in temperature-controlled silos until needed. Linguine with truffle Campofilone 250 g is produced with homemade durum wheat and whole eggs, the latter being floor-fed hens that have the right to move the space, which avoids the appearance of constraints and d increase product quality. The hens are fed with protein-rich cereals, strictly NO GMO, which are then called noble cereals.
