Discover Mancini Mezze Maniche , an authentic Italian artisan pasta, produced in the heart of the Marche region of Italy. At Mancini Pastificio Agricolo , we make our pasta exclusively with durum wheat that we grow and harvest each year in the fields surrounding our factory .
This direct link with the land allows us to obtain a living product , the fruit of the year's harvest, guaranteeing total traceability and exceptional quality.
Only two ingredients are used in the production: durum wheat semolina and water . The pasta is extruded through circular bronze dies , giving it a rough texture perfect for catching sauces, then slowly dried for 22 hours at temperatures between 36°C and 55°C .
Mezze Maniche are 20 mm long and 19.2 mm in diameter , and cook in 9 to 11 minutes . Their short, wide shape is ideal for creamy sauces and dishes rich in flavor.
