Savora French Mustard

Seasoned with a blend of 11 spices and herbs, Savora mustard is an iconic French condiment, invented in England by mustard maker Colman's in 1899, inspired by the flavours of India, a culinary heritage so closely linked to that of the British Empire. The brand was acquired by a French company in the 1960s and has since become one of the most beloved condiments in France. Savora mustard is made with mustard seeds, Ceylon cinnamon, cayenne pepper, Indonesian nutmeg, Madras turmeric, cloves, celery, garlic, tarragon, malt vinegar and mille-fleurs honey, for a perfect blend of savoury, fragrant and slightly sweet flavours. Use it in place of regular mustard to add incredible depth and complexity to sandwiches, charcuterie, meats, or even to create savoury dips.
