Pasta Mista No. 74 is a rustic mix of different short pasta shapes, originally designed to avoid waste in the Neapolitan tradition. It is ideal for vegetable and legume soups , providing varied textures and absorbing broths and flavors well.

Made from Italian durum wheat semolina using the Lenta Lavorazione® method (slow process), it maintains its perfect consistency during cooking, even in long preparations.
